  • Phone App: Request 311 Phone App The app is geared toward infrastructure requests, making it easy for a resident to report a broken pothole or a code violation. It works on most smart phones, tablets and computers.

Phone number 2-1-1 is a completely free, confidential service by the United Way to connect you to local resources. Trained, caring professionals are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. They will listen to your problems and connect you to the best community resources using a constantly updated database. You can also call toll-free at (816) 474-5112 if 2-1-1 is not supported on your cell phone. Food pantries, job training, utility assistance, nursing homes, foreclosure help, healthcare- these are just some of the areas 2-1-1 is ready to help you with.

Home Repair Programs administered by the City include Emergency Home Repair Program, Home Weatherization Program, and the Paint Program. Application information, requirements and contact information are on the city’s website.
