As part of the Lykins Focused Community Development Project, the Lykins Neighborhood Association (LNA) is seeking to have five properties on the Lykins Squared Park developed into good quality, affordable or mixed-income housing. LNA owns two of these properties and has the right to purchase the remaining three properties—all of which are currently vacant lots. The Park is located at 7th Street & Norton in Kansas City. We are also seeking to have seven properties near 9th & Indiana developed.
